How YouCalc.com collects and uses your data

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data YouCalc.com collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

What We Collect

Usage data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service, to collect anonymised metrics such as page views, country of origin, and browser type. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and cannot identify you individually. This helps us understand which calculators are most useful and improve the site.

Submitted data: Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store your calculator inputs on our servers. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.

Cookies: We use a small number of cookies to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and language selection. These are strictly functional cookies and do not track you across the web.

How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

Third-Party Services

YouCalc.com does not currently use third-party advertising services or advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy and, where required, show a consent prompt before any advertising cookies are set.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, use the contact page.

Children’s Privacy

YouCalc.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
