How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request through the contact page. We will respond within one month of receipt. If your request is complex, we may extend this period by up to two further months and will let you know within the first month.
Data Transfers
If we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: up to 12 months
- Anonymous analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregated form
- Functional cookies: until you clear them or they expire
